Credentialing Requirements for CZDS applicant to access the xn--6qq986b3xl Zone Files

1. Introduction

Tycoon Treasure Limited. (the "Registry"), according to the relevant clauses in section 2 of specification 4 of the ".xn--6qq986b3xl" domain name RA agreement signed with ICANN, for individuals or organizations ("applicants") who apply for access to zone files, during the verification process, This Supplementary Policy ("Policy") is formulated to add necessary material review to ensure that zone files are not misused.

2. Application materials

Applicants should send the following materials to mall-czds@nic.wang within 7 days of receiving the email notification from the registration office:

1).The title of the email must be the username of the account used by the applicant when applying in CZDS
2).The applicant is an organization and needs to provide:
（1）Certificate of Organizational Continuity (CCR) issued within 180 days;

（2）Organizational authorization documents containing information such as the name and position of the person in charge;

（3）The website of the organization;

（4）Brief introduction of the organization (emphasis is provided on the part related to the domain name);

（5）Instructions for preventing zone files from being misused;

（6）Commitment to protect zone files from misuse.
3).The applicant is an individual and needs to provide:
（1）Personal ID card;

（2）A personal water/electricity/gas bill within 180 days

（3）Personal profile (focus on providing domain name related parts)

（4）Instructions for preventing zone files from being misused;

（5）A letter of commitment to protect the zone file from being abused;

3. Review

If the applicant fails to send the materials by email within 7 days after receiving the email notification from the registration office, the registration office will reject it in the CZDS system.

After receiving the applicant's material email, the registration office will complete the review of the completeness of the material within 15 days. If the material is complete, it will make a decision of approval or disapproval within 45 days. If you agree, it will be approved in the CZDS system, and if you disagree, it will be rejected in the CZDS system.

4. About this policy

The Registry has the right to modify this policy without prior notice in accordance with national or ICANN legal policy adjustments and other reasons.

This Policy and the "CZDS Terms" have the same purpose and should be read and interpreted as a document.

Announcement on Sunrise Period of “.我爱你” TLD

Zodiac Registry is pleased to announce that the long-awaited TLD “.我爱你” will finally hit the market starting on 6 November, 2014.

“.我爱你”, a Chinese word which means “I love you”, is an extension dedicated to Internet users for expressing their affectation for their loved ones, which will no doubt make Chinese Internet users making use of domain names much easier and much more meaningful.

The first stage of the launch periods is the Sunrise Period. Sunrise Period is a specially designed period for Trademark Clearinghouse validated mark holders to apply for their matching domain names in the TLD.

Sunrise TimeLine

Sunrise Period will start on 6 October and close on 8 December. Exact timeline is as following:

Sunrise notice:12:00 of 6 October to 11:59 of 6 November (UTC+8)
Sunrise period:12:00 of 6 November to 11:59 of 6 December (UTC+8)
Quiet period:12:00 of 6 December to 11:59 of 8 December (UTC+8)

Eligibility Requirement

During the Sunrise Period, holders of eligible trademarks that have been validated by the Trademark Clearinghouse may apply to register domain names in the TLD, provided a valid SMD file from the Sunrise-Eligible Rights Holder (or its agent) matching the applied-for domain name was provided and validated.Privacy or proxy services may not be used in connection with applications submitted during the Sunrise Period.

Sunrise applicant shall comply with all applicable Registry Policies (including Registry Operator’s String Policy and Reserved Names Policy).

Allocation

All applications received during the Sunrise Period will be time-stamped as they are received in the registry system.

After the Sunrise Period ends, the applied-for domain name will be allocated to the applicant of a Valid Sunrise Application and if two or more Valid Sunrise Applications are received, it will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunrise Registration Fee

The first year registration fee is US $1,688. Second year or renewal will go back to standard price.

Sunrise registration fee cannot be refunded in the event the registration request is withdrawn during the Sunrise Period. However the registration request is eligible for a refund if the applied-for domain name is allocated based on time stamp to other applicant who applied for the same name.

Sunrise Dispute Resolution

Challenges to Sunrise Registrations on the following grounds may be filed with National Arbitration Forum (“Forum”) in accordance with the SDRP and the Forum’s Rules available at http://domains.adrforum.com/main.aspx?itemID=1922.

a.at the time the challenged domain name was registered, the registrant did not hold a trademark registration of national effect (or regional effect) or the trademark had not been court-validated or protected by statute or treaty;
b.the domain name is not identical to the mark on which the registrant based its Sunrise Registration; or
c.the trademark registration on which the registrant based its Sunrise Registration is not of national effect (or regional effect) or the trademark had not been court-validated or protected by statute or treaty.
